Offer terms & conditions
- Deposit. Before making an offer, you place a refundable $1,000 deposit hold on your card. It isn't a charge. If your offer isn't accepted, the hold is released.
- Offers. The first offer must be at least $123,000. Each new offer must be at least $500 higher than the leading offer.
- Closing time. An offer made in the final 10 minutes adds 10 minutes to the clock. Accepta's server clock decides when the window closes.
- Conditions. You can attach conditions to an offer, such as a satisfactory survey, up to 500 characters. The dealer sees them before accepting, and accepting your offer means accepting its conditions.
- Acceptance. When the window closes, the dealer may accept the leading offer. An accepted offer is binding.
- Buy now. While the window is open and the leading offer is below it, a qualified buyer can buy the boat for $129,500. That ends the offer event immediately.
- Payment. A 3% buyer premium, capped at $2,500, is added at closing. Deposits and the closing payment are processed through Accepta.
- Questions and inspections. Ask questions through the listing page. Inspections and sea trials are scheduled through Monahan's Marine.
